Joking aside what's to say?
take dawn of war sousltorm, add some more units, change a couple of voices and apearences around hear and there, and throw in some better balance for good measure and bam this

Fantastic mod all round, takes what was already an astounding game and balances it to an almost insane degree, and adds a variety of new ways to play tacticly at all tech levels as aposed to the tech rushes of the vanilla soulstorm. It only adds a small amount of new units which blend in seamlessly to the game anyway so they do not intrude on the feel of the dow experience. I can't even go back to playing vanilla soulstorm any more as this mod is, almost without a doubt, the definitive dow experience.
In shot, if you don't want dow to moddied from the vanilla, but do feel it needs some balance improvements and the addition of more viable tactics, then this mod is for you.
