I'm a Level Designer specialist in Whiteboxing FPS's, as well as Detailing and I've have done Final Lighting on some team games. I’ve worked with several 3D engines. (Half-life 2 - episode 2; Radiant – Doom3; UDK, Unreal 3 [both Gears of War - Single player and Unreal Tournament - Multiplayer].

I'm looking for constructive criticism on how to improve my game.
I'm new to the multiplayer part so I don't know all the maps so well. Other than that, how can I improve?
If you don't play the game how can you make the game fun? Help me getter better at playing GEARS of WAR multiplayer.
