Solution for Doom 3 BFG bug loading mission: 1- Install game again. 2- Delete the save. 3- Install the Hi Def v4.0 mod, you don't need to have other mod updates. Install run DoomBFA.exe or RBDoom3BFG.exe, Done! in my case I installed the Doom BFA v1.2.8 package, my video card GT 710 is not compatible with DirectX 12
