Due to the size of the file, I'm guessing this is just a patch to overwrite 1.02. So you just download that and then this. You can always get the armory and environments from the steam page.

You have to download it off of the Steamworkshop or the Paradox pages. I have no clue why they took them down here, yet kept the page.
