Sadly game have no map editor or anything we could use to change, at least, campaign missions, or tweak the AI... This modification made game slightly harder so it a bit more fun to play, but i did not found anything else i could do (maybe one day someone will port it to some other engine like openRA)

I made something like a guide about editing the Dominion .tbl files to change parameters of units, you can download it here (sorry for my not-perfect english):
