Considering the first batch of games Valve just "greenlighted" are almost all mods, I'd say you are ok.

This is one of the most by-the-numbers horror mods I've ever played. Sigh... :-/

Here's an idea: I feel like you shouldn't be able to look at him full on with a flashlight. Like he appears in your periphery or just out of focus. If you turn to look at him with your flashlight full on, maybe your light flickers out. I realize the gameplay mechanic depends on looking at him too long, so you can't just have him disappear when you look at him directly, but there needs to be more of a shadowy aspect to him, I think.

As for the character model, I would say darken him up a lot, but especially darken the face. Right now he looks too much like a mannequin or a balloon. Also maybe make his edges less hard... more whispy.. if that's possible.

yeah so... I have never finished this because I have not been able to play it in over a year. It just crashes on start. Patches made it worse.

Finally! I've been waiting to play CoP until this came out. Now if only the download page worked...

Either way, by the time this or BMS comes out, the Source engine is going to be on its deathbed. Kinda sux.

I remember there was a really old mod for the original Red Alert that bridged the story between RA and TD. The name had something to do with "flame" or "fire" I think. Is this just a remake of that?

Hoping this comes out soon. CoP has been collecting dust on my shelf. I refuse to play it until I can install this mod. lol

I patched to v1.2 and now the game keeps crashing

Damn... this sucks! I was halfway through the game and put it down for a bit, and I guess steam updated between then. Was hoping to pick it back up but then it crashed. Best of luck with getting it fixed!
