If you're rich enough as a high lord you should be able to host a realm-wide grand tourney. Or prestigious enough.

So my game crashes, frequently. Atleast once every two to three years or so. This is not an issue with the version of the game. I've backdated my game to 2.2.1 and am currently playing on AGOT version .9.
Also my game gets really slow after a 150 years or so.
Can anyone help me with either of these issues?

It keeps saying "windows can't access file. you may not have permission to upload this file" or something like that. How do I fix this?
