I am no expert player of the base game, but this mod makes losing so much more satisfying! I most like all of the mechanics added to make meaningful changes to the AI difficulty based on game events. The added depth to things like equipment is great, too.

I've enjoyed the ample time I spent playing this mod. I can't imagine how a mod could beat the depth of lore underlying this mod, the specially added mechanics, and the fundamental differentiation of the factions. This mod redeemed many mechanics that went relatively unused in the base game.

This is a high-quality mod that accomplishes its goals of realism (as much as a civilian like me is qualified to evaluate such) and prompting teamwork.
