I've been meaning to finally finish these guys for awhile. I've had the skin, all I needed to do was kitbash the phase 2 helmet, and final soldier.
These guys are planned to be able to call in air strikes, all I need to do is figure out how to do this.
Maybe make these guys significantly reduce the cooldown time on bombers and/or orbital bombardment? Or to where they can call in bombers even if you don't have any in orbit?
