Downloaded v2.5 off of zdoom, along with anarchy weapons and enimies. But no matter what, a hud doesnt load. Played woth setting still cant get a hud. Any ideas?

i may be doing something wrong. but i have it downloaded and unzipped, yet it crashes right as the loading bar finishes and reads about fragmeant shader and something about animbright3 or something. i launched from the aoh applicatioin, and the included launchers with all 3 qualities but each all crash the same way. tips?
