I'm not sure if this has been addressed, as part of the flashlight problem? None of the lights (torch nor rewind-able torch) actually illuminate the game world, I re-downloaded the quickfixed one, also 5kb one, but they didn't fix it. Or I'm just doing this all wrong. I must be.

yeh, I had to just start the game asap once in menu, then fiddle around with settings after the character spawned. Still gets a few crashes though, I hope they'll fix it

I'm getting more crashes than Clear Sky, I haven't got past the main menu yet. I'll keep trying, may be change some settings and all that.

then they should "practice" on vanilla first I reckon. still is easy enough apart from some mutants.

I hope it's too late to add anything much onto mod though, I really really want them to be doing the last check ups and what not at this point.

I hope for the game to be challenging, and gets down voted, why is that? Did I say it in bad manner may be.
I really think player doesn't need companion or an extra main weapon to finish most of quests. O well.

You shouldn't need two "Main" weapons though, point of having, and equipping a side arm in one of two slots should be for the quick access. (I mean if you have enough time to go to inventory and change weapons every time you get into fight, then might as well carry 3 "main" weapons.)

Nah, I reckon the game is easy enough when there is any scope on guns.
It's not like we have to deal with over 20 hostiles armed with rifles throughout the game, "adjustable scope" sounds too convenient for me. But I'm not a sniper rifle person even when I use Sniper profile so who knows.

I'm not sure if MISERY lvl can be compared to the standard difficulties though.
Money/Inventory management is a lot more important for first a few hours, and hopefully hostile AIs are even more hostile. Harder the better I reckon, since we barely get into 'seriously unexpected bad situation' in COP and MISERY(not yet)

Is the follower thing useful? I've never used one

Dslyecxi is a really cool guy, good channel to follow up.
Arma3 is pretty nice so far, even though it's still Alpha (wish there were a bit more unlocked public servers to test out things)

you can lose that? I'm guessing you got attacked while you were using it...

I'm pretty sure this mod doesn't add any extra missions/quests, though the loot searching sounds fun enough to me.
You could still make it a bit more challenging for yourself by taking only small amount of ammo with you, or not using favourite weapons and such?

Gives me good reason to stock up on more Vodka on stash box I see.

Got bored, so played through V1 again with Assaulter this time(gosh he can carry a lot). I'm still not finding the zombies as much of a threat here.
I read that they'll be easier to kill in V2, but is the change needed? "H-shot only" Zs were actually fun to encounter early into the play through.
Hopefully the other features you'll add will spice things up.

I saw a few pages back on comments that tool boxes (and stashes?) will be relocated in V2. Really happy about that.
I watched a playthrough vid before playing, so I could make easy buck with weapon stashes. With V2, I'll stay away from any info and play it fresh and explore. Looking forward to it so so much.

so instead of doing the main quests, you just bump into them randomly, and share infos? What's the fun in that? (but would be nice to see the other two free roaming USS characters for chat)

I don't know exactly how much they're close to releasing it though? Almost sounded like they've began touching a few other things to add in,(may be I've read posts wrong) for more time.
I guess I can kill time on Planetside2 awhile.

Thank you all for creating such promising looking mod for STALKER. The original was rather easy, so I'm looking forward to struggle for some weeks, months when the Misery 2 is out..and repeat again

(I know there is no knowing of the clear date, but gosh I'm tempted to download the 1st one, if 2.0 won't be out for months)
