I'm sorry to tell you but no it does not.
Once the game play has ended, it's ended. Unless we both have the same issue.

However my proof for such is that I've completed the play through multiple times now, sided with the raiders, mob, Ncr, Enclave, wild card, and overthrew Elsdragon and all ended up back at the main screen after the outro. However some do have the classic Fallout New Vegas intro upon completion which suspects a possible (in the future) continuation from the Pale into the Mojave. Who knows :P

This might suck if you're a to the max hard-core realistic type of player, yet this is the solution I have found for it.

I never ran into this situation before while I was playing, so I deleted the mod and reinstalled it but without none of the patches for it eg(Patch 2.0.3 or 2.0.4) As you can assume the quest did glitch, I was forced to go back a save and this time I didn't travel with them. I used the console command "TMM 1" (without quotes) fast traveled to the gates and once I loaded in they were already there and the dialog began.

That was with none of the patches, once I installed the patches again it all worked great. I didn't have to TMM 1 over there or anything. If TMM 1 or patch 2.0.4 does not work for you try to "COC" there. I was going to test this theory but during the process I had forgotten to do so.

If all fails then I am sorry but something is corrupt or missing and you might be forced to re-download the content again. Thank you and I hope I was able to help.

Also do you and your crew plan on adding more content to this?(Someday in the future) No need to, but I just thought it would be cool for a mod to basically have a dlc of its own or somewhat.

Hey man awesome mod, I ******* loved it! The only issue I had during it all was everytime I completed the campaign I never was spawned back into the Mojave. It just showed the credits then the main menu. Now I don't know if your even suppose to return to the Mojave I just thought I'd pointed that out just in case it was a possibility. But in my honest opinion 10/10 bro. Best mod I've ever played yet.

Also TTW will screw up the "start new" game tab disallowing you to continue with Fallout New California's new start.

It could be cause of FCO or Alternative Start(If you have these). Well at least that's what my problem was.
