Ok, so it's not about xrCore.dll, but Access Violation of XR_3DA.exe.. tried blocking the internet connection.. it would load but bring me back to the main menu

Anyone having crash problems trying to start a new game? It will go to loading screen but will not pass the prefetching and will just crash saying something about the xrCore.dll in the crash logs.
