Yes, you are supposed to download both parts, then you run the first one and then it will install the game. The reason behind this is the mod itself is too large, and the devs must split it into two part for easier downloads.

The mod is probably dead. It's have been 2 years, and nothing. So disappointed.

Oh, the original Brutal Doom works for me on ZDoom. But not this. I want this for MORE DESTRUCTION!

I have an error when trying to play this on ZDoom as GZDoom doesn't work for me:
