As I said, patch is already installed

Maybe Im missing something, but how do I play this mod? It doesnt show up in mods list of launcher, using RA3.exe in mod folder results in vanilla game launch

Game launches normally, but when I enter skirmish menu, half of screen is purple. When I try to launch the battle, game crashes. How can I fix this? 4gb patch is installed

edit: Im using 0.965 english test version
