Well,now I found it can be fix on the 64bits system , in the begining of it, even the orginal one can't lauch either, it shows the same text, but I put a Option.ini into the floder "Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour Data" witch is in My Documents or Documents in users floder(Vista or up), then it fix!

Nice job,but I have a problem when I played it,it always jumps out in game(not the menu I mean) after few minutes without a signal, on desktop with a note "you have encountered a serious error.Serious errors can be caused by many things including viruses,overheated hardware and the hardware does not meet the minimum speifications for the game BLA BLA BAL...",but my gameplay is very smooth without a lag,and I am sure my computer has no viruses,so can anybody tell me how to fix it? By the way,my original ZH is the Traditional Chinese,is that one cause it? but it was OK with the Rise of the Red...But lag is killing me...
