I've installed the 1.87 add-on, works fine but the patch was not working!

Here the same problem, game doesn't work with it!
If i put the file like I've unpacked from compressed folder as this => !!!Enigma's Babushka UBM V.4.1 hotfix.gib game gives me some sort of error!
