Great news, got in contact with Support over at GPG and got the following response:

Apologies for the downtime, some things changed on the network and this was overlooked =(

Everything should be back up now and there is no current plans to EVER retire the gaspowered forums.

Forums are back online!

Major issue here...
As many of you might know, the GPG forums are down, and such all content hosted on them is unavailable, this includes the links to the BlackOps Global Icon Support mod.

Does anyone have a direct link to the mod or able to re-upload so that this mod can be played once more?
