Lol, is it that bad?

But, no worries. This is exactly why most stuff can be turned on and off in the console.
Since there are many parameters involved, I'll also write a couple of programs where you adjust the sliders for some of these parameters, and see the results in a 2D window. :)

I always wanted to play Half-Life with view bobbing like Half-Life 2 and A weapon sway, sadly its very rare to find something like that

I've always wanted to play HL1 with a Goldeneye 64 inspired view bobbing and swaying. I actually believe this is a mix of Far Cry, HL2, Goldeneye and a bit of my own.

A friend told me this kinda bobbing and swaying would be good for an action mod. I'm gonna see how well this will look in some Half-Life maps, maybe upload a video too. :D

And, in fact, you can customise the parameters, like how much you want stuff to go, how fast or slow you want it to bob etc. This is one of those things, that the mod is about. :)

I am quite fond of it, TBH.
I spent the last 2 days, first working on viewmodel lerping, and then today, on the camera shaking for the first-person view. And yes, it can all be tweaked in the console, and turned on and off individually. :D

Playing Half-Life this way feels like it's an action game, or it feels like you're trying to hold a GoPro and record, and shoot stuff at the same time. It wasn't really my intent, but I'm happy the way it turned out. Maybe I could tone some things down, just a little bit.
