It appears if you try to influence the Greeks or have alliances with them. If you are a GP and dont focus your influence anywhere the game randomly distributes it so a random state, which may be greek.

This isnt an issue I can replicate (because the game works properly for me) so I cant really fix it, and other people seem to be playing the mod fine.
Try clearing the map and flag cache's and if possible send me screenshots on at which point when loading it crashes and/or what error message it gives you

I know, its the Tuamotu bug and it is hard-coded into HPM. I think that version 1.3 has fixed it though

Wait for the fixed version (1.1), which will be up in about 6 hours, for the best experience

I found a small bug with korea and mongolia, come back tomorrow for a fixed version (sorry for all that)
