Neither the uniforms nor the equipment make sense. Due to the numerous errors I do not recommend this image as a reference for modders looking for historical accuracy. The uniforms don't even work as "field modified." Patches are wrong. The boots on the left appear to belong to a paratrooper. Those on the right don't even appear to be from the era. The odds of a dunkelgelb uniform in Berlin are practically nonexistent... not to mention a matching field cap. The weapon carried by the soldier on the right does not exist as a weapon, blueprint, or anything else. The proportions are quite off. Unless the soldiers are 4ft tall, the panzerfaust is ridiculously long... somehow longer than a Kar 98 rifle... The breadbag appears to be black leather... exceedingly rare. The soldier carries numerous M39 grenades in a rather foolish position. Unless the AT mine is something else, it probably isn't easily balanced on the end of a Kar 98. The oversized smock of the soldier on the right is one of the few things that makes sense... apart from the absense of sleeves. The dunkelgelb greatcoat has the collar of a soldier of the Heer, and, if you want to get political, most German army soldiers not involved with the party were not fans of the National Socialist party and its leaders... The armband, therefore, makes no sense. The image suggests a setting late in WWII, near the Brandenburg gate. If this is so, the armband makes even less sense, due to the increasing unpopularity of the party at the time. I could go on, but the errors are too many to list. As a piece of art, it is nicely done, but it should not be taken seriously as a historical source.

The weapon of the soldier on the right is the Volkssturmgewehr Gustloff, a real weapon in which approx 10,000 were made. The armband is a Deutscher Volkssturm Wehrmacht and required wear for Volkssturmann soldiers as it was their "uniform".

What? They use the correct boots with regulation gaiters, the soldier on the right belongs to the SA, that's why he wears a brown (not dunkelgelb) uniform, the m43 SA cap is also completely correct. The weapon on the right existed, its the Gustloff Volkssturmgewehr rifle, which was produced and saw combat in the Battle Of Berlin (where this drawing is set). The Panzerfaust does look long tho. And that's not a black leather breadbag. M39 grenades could be carried that way. And a Tellermine like the one here weighted little more than 5 kg so..
Btw those aren't collar tabs of a soldier of the Heer, they are SA collar tabs, on a SA greatcoat, with a SA armband, and they still believed in the NS Party. I would like to know which other "errors" do you want to list

The Militiaman on the right is wearing a Volksturm (Peoples' Storm) armband.
The Soldier in the left is wearing a RAD (Reich Work Service) uniform and emblems. Google both !

This is Volkssturm, so there may have errors if you treat them as the Wehrmacht or the Waffen-SS
