Description

Let's revive this group, some of you probably have some nice reference art on your HDDs so let's try to get it going again

Here's typical clothing equipment of US Army in Ardennes during winter 1944-45. 1. US Rifleman from Infantry Division. Has standard-issue M41 arctic jacket and standard wool field trousers. His camouflage is made entirely out of requisitioned white bed sheet, making improvised helmet cover and poncho for his jacket, to better blend in with snow.

2. Member of Bazooka team from 101st Airborne Division. The image says he's from 327th Glider Infantry, but the Glider Infantry usually wore standard-issue infantry uniforms, and not M42 Airborne jackets and trousers visible here (although Paratrooper boots like here were worn by them sometimes). Other than that, you can see very nicely the US winter wool trenchcoat and M9 Bazooka disassembled into two parts for ease of transport.

3. Technician 5th grade of Armored Infantry, most likely assistant driver of M3 Halftrack which transported these soldiers
