they're something from the older lore, recently revived and brought back for both Horus Heresy and 40k.

i'm yet to figure out what exactly it is that they do, though. something about turning the target's mass against itself. they don't get much spotlight.

What does the Codex say about this? Is this why many Astartes choose to have short hair (or no hair at all)? In that case, he should grab the ork's hair. Now imagine if someone grabbed Abaddon's hair. Unless that tactic is only for Sororitas, Banshees, Wyches, and Felinids.
