Description
A alternative take on the Guard's swiss Army Knife by some Russian model makers. Was made around 2009-10 and got axed by GW.
Though I must say, its similarities to the Sicaran Battle Tank makes me think the GW actually quite liked the design.
It does look quite cool, but if they sold this as alternative kit then I can understand why it was shut down since it's 90% repurposed GW parts. The turret is from a Baneblade, the sides are cut up and remodeled Leman Russ parts and the hatches and viewport are from a Rhino and a Chimera and there are some more Rhino & Predator bits sprinkled about.
As a kitbash for a personal army it is quite nice though.
Sadly the mighty Leman Russ isn't what it used to be in 8th Edition and Battle Cannons suck now. I hope this gets remedied somewhat as soon as the Guard Codex hits.

so basically some Russians came up with a new idea design wise and GW shut them down and recycled their work for the sicaran tank >_>
why am I not surprised -_-
