Just like killing feeds Khorne and dying and sneezing feeds Nurgle.
You can say that anything Khorne does feeds empowers Nurgle therefore making him the most powerful Chaos god in existance, followed by Malal.
If getting freaky feeds Slaanesh, why not just stop?

I dont think anything forbids space marine from doing the dirty do. Aside from the gene enchancements basically eliminating the sex drive hormones.
Stuff like this and ponies is why I'll never admit to another human being in person that I'm a 40k fan.
