if 40k ever had a Doom Slayer he would have looked quite heretical but only because he spent too much time in the warp kicking daemonic ass.
Looks skinny. He would look like skin and bones with the armor off.
And we all know Doomguy would be an Imperial Guardsman.
oh...I forgot about Sly Marbo..
Doomguy would be much more capable than a guardsman, especially if were taking the 2016 version into account.
With super shotgun and the feared BFG, Doomguy is certainly a force to be reckoned with. In terms of pure strength i would dare to say it's comparable to Kharn the Betrayer and like Kharn he's pumped full of rage.
no you are confusing the doom marine with the doom slayer.
The doom marine is human ..... a bat **** insane and hyper lethal human but human none the less.
The doom slayer on the other hand is on a whole other level of brutality incarnate.
So much so that his presence in the warp would make life fantastically ****** for everything in there except for khorne who would undoubtedly have a field day trying to kill doom slayer just so he can watch the carnage unfold.
Commissar Gamza made a pretty decent video about this seen here

Kaldor Draigo basically lives in the Warp as this point and still doesn't have any spikey bits.
Rip and tear ************!
