tbh this seems a little too dressed for Slaanesh. Looks more like something a Dark Eldar would wear.
Perhaps! I find this lines up more with Fantasy Slaanesh than 40k Slaanesh!
In fact this image was used in the 'Warhammer: Invasion' card game which is set in Fantasy not 40k so you're right.

this is picture is hard to understand,
There is a tiny human on his chest (could be vore),
he looks more like a disguised khornate cultist rather then slaaneshi BDSM enthusiast (Just look at those arms)
He looks just angry, not sexually angry...
Where can I get my own tiny man?
