A few days ago, the Tanaab sector declared its allegiance to the Second Galactic Empire. Emperor Tarl negotiated with the Tanaab Government, primarily composed of corporation owners as the sector was mainly a corporate one, and they agreed to come under the protection of our glorious nation.
Tension on the borders of Onderon have augmented. The King has been overthrown by the Onderonian people, and the Mandalorians have aided them. Many believe this is the first step in a grand plan to restore the old Mandalorian Empire, though the Imperial Government has yet to comment. This has lead to a lot of panic in surrounding sectors.
In other news, the Kinyen Sector has exploded, with conflict nearly everywhere. The Federation's massacre of Imperial troops on Bomis Koori was met with Galaxy-wide outrage, and Emperor Tarl commented with a small speech:
"The Federation slaughtered our brave troops without hesitation nor concern. They made no request for surrender, no effort to try and resolve the conflict peacefully. Over 2,000 of our troops died that day. They shall be avenged."
Is this the peace loving, humanitarian Federation many believe it is? The Federation that supposedly puts Liberty, Equality and Fraternity forward as its prime motto? We here on the Imperial Holonet believe this was the Federation showing its true face, a power hungry entity that shall try to accomplish their goals through any means necessary and who disrupt the Law and Order the Empire has worked hard to achieve.
But today, the headlines are clear. Emperor Tarl has reinstated the Imperial Senate, and votes shall be held to choose each planet's senator. Emperor Tarl holds the title of Supreme Chancellor, though he has appointed Warell Quan as Chancellor to preside over the Senate meetings. This shall allow people all over the Empire to voice their concerns and ideas to the Imperial Government and Emperor himself!

See, the great thing about the Empire is that as long as we have an excuse we can kill anyone we want. Civilians helping Federation troops? Empire bombards the city they're in? Easily explained to the public, as long as we asked for them to surrender and if we add "To prevent Imperial casualties" or whatever.
Federation does something like that? They're torn apart.
