We are the inheritors of the galaxy and loyal servants to the Emperor. Born from chaos and war, the Empire is the beacon of light in the dark and shelters all. We are order through law, we are security through courage, we are justice through honor and we will reign a thousand years. We are the sons of the Galactic Empire.

...PTL Missile Launchers and flame throwers, to increase their ability to respond to any and all situations.

These Imperial Soldiers are among the most professional in the Galaxy, and are the most disciplined troopers the Empire has to offer.

I would like to give some feedback:
Change the stormtrooper as the main unit used to the Imperial Trooper.

The Imperial Army and the Stormtrooper corps were different entities, stormtrooper corps being more 1337. The imperial army was essentially the imperial guard, they spam troops everywhere who aren't quite skilled, but in are capable of overwhelming the enemies. Their morale is ****** though.

That we these could be the standard troops, stormies could be veterans and clone troopers elite. Spec ops was spec ops so no biggy.

This is mainly so my commissar has friendlies to shoot, he can't do that to stormies because of their morale :P

To arm a thermal det requires a special key code? That would be awkward on the frontline *Bob, what was the keycode on grenade 4?*

Adenn: These are soldiers in main military operations, as I said in the opening phrase "The Empire utilizes three main Soldier classes in most Military operations."

The Imperial Army Troopers are policing forces, not used in major conflicts unless it is defense.

Those in the Stormtrooper Corps are not allowed to be executed unless they commit an actual crime. Imperial Officers who fail their task are allowed to be executed, or those who are cowardly ect.

If Stormtroopers retreat or commit crimes or question orders, you are allowed to discipline them. There always is *that guy* who won't charge an enemy position, or who would rather run than fight off the enemy ect.

Ori: This is cannon: "The thermal detonators were specially designed to ensure that only the stormtroopers themselves could utilize them, thus ensuring that Rebel troopers could not use the Imperials' own explosives against them. The security measures for the stormtroopers' thermal detonators included an arming code."

"Each thermal detonator arming code was unique, known only to the soldier to whom the device was issued"

They had no trouble using them during the Galactic Civil War, don't see how it would be awkward now.

Either way, I don't see why not have a trooper to just spam at an enemy position :S

Wouldn't be a real big deal honestly.

No, but there is a limit of 20,000 troopers per attack (well, they attack the capital whilst we can imagine other units attack the rest of the planet).

Thus filling half or 3/4 of them with useless troops would be counter productive xD.

Why not improve the rules then? Make asymmetrical balance?

If you use sub-par troops then let you take more whilst if you use 1337 mando troops you can take less (or you know, 20.000)

Problem is all factions claim to have really well trained, high morale, good gear, awesome troops which makes them all the same and quite frankly bland.

Why not modify the rules though >.<

Most people in the rp are, you know, intelligent. I'm sure people wouldn't suicide because of some minor changes.

Description

The Empire utilizes three main Soldier classes in most Military operations.

The first main class, and the most numerous, is the Stormtrooper. Well trained, these soldiers are among the most disciplined in the Galaxy, following any orders no matter what they may consist of. Most have excellent morale, though excessive defeats or very heavy casualties may make some of them fall back to regroup.

They are armed with the ARC-9995 Blaster Rifle, the successor of the Arc-9965. This variant consumed less energy, allowing for 100 shots in all. It was designed with accuracy in mind, and is a great improvement over the previous blaster rifle the Stormtroopers used. They also have special thermal detonators, based off of designs from the First Galactic Empire. These thermal detonators require a special key code to prime them, and so cannot be used by hostile forces, nor turned off.

Their armor allowed them to absorb most damage from impacts, such as slug throwers or blows, and could even protect them from Vibro Swords for a time. A direct energy bolt could pierce it, but most of the damage was absorbed by the armor. They also provided supreme comfort in nearly all climates, even vacuum for a limited time, and could be heavily modified if needed.

The Clone Troopers is equipped near identically as the Stormtrooper, though they were armed with the E-20 Blaster Rifle, a much more advanced weapon, with improved accuracy, power, a larger ammo capacity and could be equipped with a grenade launcher. They also had improved armor, allowing increased protection, and much better training, akin to the Mandalorian Warriors.

Special Ops Troopers were taken from both the Stormtrooper Corps and the Clone Legions, and given much better equipment, training and support and were tasked with the most dangerous missions. Their weapons varied, though they had only the best, and are much valued by Imperial Command.

Many of these troops were also given E-Web heavy repeating blasters, PTL Missile
