Believe me, you aren't the only one who wants to go back in time. I have been wishing that for years.

I'm okay with my present, wouldn't want to make it worse by going back in time and doing it again.
They are planning waaaaay ahead.
These kinda requirements actually are on purpose. Publish coding job offer with impossible requirements, get zero applicants, get excuse to outsource work paying a fraction of local rates for it.
