В войне так же принимали участие и другие державы, вроде Эльф`уррской Империи, Киносского Доминиона, Стегхаурского Союза и Куссарского царства. В Империи Гуль`Хан тогда произошёл военный переворот. К власти пришёл император Ойген, задумавший сделать свою собственную державу великой межзвёздной гегемонией на уровне Доминиона Киносов или той же Эльф`уррской Империи. Он заключил военный союз с куссарским царём Цитантой III. Цитанта активно поддержал своего нового товарища, выслав ему 5000 Гвардейцев Харкиш`Хараш, славящимся жестокостью в бою. Ойген строил планы по захвату земель Бизантианской империи, находившейся тогда в экономическом кризисе. Император Сигиберт VI был слаб, а всё правление осуществлялось Синклетом (парламентом). Гули организовали серию терактов на собственных факториях, находившихся на территориях Бизантианской империи. Ойген тут же обвинил бизантианскую разведку в вероломных нападениях. Так же и в гульской державе были организованы убийства почтенных мужей и дев, и вину за них снова списали на подданных Сигиберта VI. Сигиберт и Синклет обвинили гулей во лжи и клевете. Бизантианский император официально порвал Пакт о Сотрудничестве прямо в посольстве Гуль`Хан. Ойген расценил это как объявление войны. Его армады вторглись в пределы Бизантианской империи и блокировали сразу 5 крупных планет. Гульский император рассчитывал на помощь царя Цитанты из Куссара, но в Куссаре тогда произошёл переворот, и к власти пришёл дворянский совет, полностью отменивший союз с гулями. Гвардия Харкиш`Хараш была отозвана на Куссар. Ойген оказался в тяжёлом положении. Из-за нападения на Бизантию, ему объявила войну Эльф`уррская империя вместе со Стегхаурским союзом. Киносы так же обвинили гулей в подстрекательстве и провокациях и подвели свои флотилии к границам с системами Гуль`Хан. Опасаясь полного уничтожения, Ойген тут же пошёл на мир со всеми враждующими фракциями. Войска гулей были выведены с территорий Бизантианской империи. Вскоре и в Империи Гуль`Хан произошёл переворот. К власти пришла новая династия Маухураев. По приказу новых властителей Ойгена было решено подвергнуть казни через эльф`уррское приспособление "перекати-поле". После гибели прежнего императора Империя Гуль`Хан более не предпринимала опасных попыток посягать на независимость других государств. Она так и оставался обычной мелкой межзвёздной державой, не имеющей величайшей власти.

The Ghouls organized a series of terrorist attacks on their own trading posts located in the Byzantine Empire. Eugen immediately accused the Byzantine intelligence of treacherous attacks. In the same way, the murders of respectable men and women were organized in the Ghouls state, and the blame for them was again blamed on the servants of Sigibert VI. Sigebert and Sinclete accused the ghouls of lies and slander. The Byzantine Emperor officially broke the Cooperation Pact right at the Gul'Khan embassy. Eugen interpreted this as a declaration of war. His armadas invaded the Byzantine Empire and blocked 5 major planets at once. The Ghouls emperor counted on the help of the king Tsitanta from Kussar, but then a coup took place in Kussar, and a noble council came to power, which completely canceled the alliance with the ghouls. Guardsmen of Harkish`Harash were recalled to Kussar. Eugen found himself in a difficult position. Due to the attack on Byzantium, the Elf'urr Empire, along with the Steghaur Alliance, declared war on him.
The Kinos also accused the ghouls of incitement and provocation and brought their fleets to the borders with the Ghoul'Khan systems. Fearing complete destruction, Eugen immediately went to peace with all the warring factions. The ghouls troops were withdrawn from the territories of the Byzantine Empire. Soon, a coup took place in the Ghoul'Khan Empire. A new dynasty of Mauhurai came to power. By order of the new rulers of Eugen, it was decided to carry out the execution through the elf'urr device "wheel of death". After the death of the former emperor, the Ghoul'Khan Empire no longer made dangerous attempts to encroach on the independence of other states. It remained an ordinary small interstellar power, without the greatest power.
