Description

Peine is a small town located in Germany. The nearest city (lol) is Hannover, about 40 km distance. In Middle Ages the town of Peine had a castle and was quite important being at a trading-route-crossing. The castle was besieged several times. In the 30 year war (dreißigjähriger Krieg) the Castle was besieged, but was not conquered. Today you sadly only can see some ruins and the moat.
