Go to your document and go to the skirmish document. Then look for starting cash.
Edit the starting cash to what ever you like and then save it. Put it at -1000 for unlimted money.
Then you click save file. When you host skirmish or online matches every one will have unlimited money if you set it to -(Dollar Amount). Remeber to change it back when your done.
