Sorry, this is RA3. There are no Nukes, see RA2 or RA1 on the clearance isle, Nukes in RA2 are at an all time low of only 5000$!!! RA1 Nukes are lower but that's because they are "Made In China". Best you stay away from those.

I'm pretty sure that it's Shock Therapy - Uprising units, darker retextured Soviets and smaller infantry...

Engineer Rush - You're doing it wrong
Without infantry transports, I'd consider Engineer rush in RA3 sort of impossible.
