Actually Tiberium can spread on it's own without the need for a Riparius. The Riparius is there to help by producing chemicals without the need for as much ground minerals as the Tiberium shard, and then it shoots the nutrients as spores wich eventually either land on Tiberium, making it more concentrated, or floats in the air and spreads Tiberium. As well Riparius's are sadly extinct and now there are these strange concentrated craters of Tiberium that spread it. Other types however that I do believe still exist but are in small numbers are: Cruentus, Arboreus, and Vinaferia.
And give that a few hours and it should be enough for everyone in this group to have one xP
