Boondocks actually borrows a lot of action scenes from other Animes. This isn't the first one I've seen. I think it's cool.
True, i believe they also took the whole Naruto vs Sasuke fight at one point(without the special attacks of course), i've seen it like 2 years ago somewhere on the internet...
and I'm pretty sure this is a reference to a real movie fighting scene. it was jackie chan's IIRC. can't recall the title though.
