Description
Yeah she can do that, despite the Fifth Holy Grail war not happening in Kaleid. Illya is still a vessel of the Grail which allows her to pull off stuff that allows her to trace Excalibur or something.
I can't find a proper gif for this scene so this is the best I have of her using Excalibur.
