MapsOnHold fixed maps part 1 file - Unreal Championship 2: The Liandri Conflict

These are the maps that didn't need external tools to be fixed, though they didn't run by default and had bad references. The next batch is about different more difficult fixes. Though keep in mind the next pack is obsolete as opposed to third/fourth as it had none of the myleveled staticmeshes preserved. Except those don't have the readme with it unlike this and the following..so I'll include it for completion sake.
