Not at the moment but it's a planned feature :)
Nice and clean. Except for one thing, that typeface you are using does not seem very easy to read.Maybe change the smaller writing to a different typeface? This also adds to the frame of thought that it will be easier to recognize certain aspects of the UI.
Yes. The problem is that I am not using any library for the font but using a one done by myself. I have had problem displaying resized font on different screen resolution. It's still not perfect and have yet to work on it. I will problably change the font type and improve the filtering as you suggest... I often reinvent the wheel, I know I am crazy :D ;)
One thing that I realize about developers, they are constantly looking at ways to make something work better. I don't think you are crazy, it's always a good idea.
