Rainbow Six 3 is a tactical shooter game DEVELOPED by UBI. The game is a first person shooter based on Tom Clancy's best selling novel by the same name. The game has two expansion packs, Athena Sword and Iron Wrath. The plot of Ravenshield is fully explained by Wikipedia (Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six 3). Basically it is all about an elite anti-terrorist group called Rainbow Six, a team bent on foiling the Neo-Facist terrorists doing damages on South American oil interests and European financial institutions.

The patch that fixes all UBISoft's mistakes! OpenRVS allows multiplayer gaming to work properly again. It also includes enhanced mod support and fixes many bugs. NEW: version 1.5 allows players to view ping time to servers in the list, and to sort the servers based on ping, player count, etc.

Users please note that if you do not have the Soundfix.allr6.com because you do not have the ALLR6 Multiplayer patch and only OpenRVS then you will need the sound update so that you have the custom sounds from custom maps when playing online. Such as from Rogue Spear, Athena Sword, Iron Wrath etc. Otherwise you cannot hear them and you won't get the full experience.
After installing OpenRvS 1.5, I ran into a funny bug: If two teams are given weapons from Joey92, an eagle or a ram icon appears in the air - I didn't understand what it was.
Hi, thanks for the feedback. That's not related to OpenRVS but it is definitely a bug in a mod somewhere.
are you planning new "SupplyDrop" or have you moved away from modding?
I took quite a break but am enjoying getting back into it. I have some stuff planned for an upcoming Supply Drop patch but nothing finalized yet.
Is it possible to edit the Rainbow AI so that when switching the "Rules of Battle" mode, they would change rifles without a silencer to a pistol with a silencer, as it was implemented in R6 Lockdown and R6 Vegas 1-2, GRAW 2 and is it possible to include in the next patch 3d iron sights from the Ordance project for vanilla weapons?
What are we looking at for the supply drop?
I don't want to promise anything since I'm pretty busy and don't want to over commit. But hopefully there will be a focus on some additional customization.

A couple of months ago I made a selection of Bill Brown tracks from the previous parts of Rainbow 6 and Ghost Recon. Could you make a mod that adds these tracks to the main menu along with the original theme, since during the long planning of operations, vanilla tracks get boring.
Tracks are coded into special file types that only work with the game engine. Unfortunately not really possible I believe. Could be wrong. But unlike Rogue Spear etc, Raven Shield had more limitations with audio anyway. Maybe Twi can confirm.

So I followed this guide Moddb.com from JuguLator and followed it by the letter.
I used 1.4 as is in the guide, but I encountered a bug when SupplyDrop is active.
In the main menu, Custom Games is not going to the right menu, instead it hardlocks the game. All I can describe is that it's a black screen, with a blue-ish grey square that rotates around your mouse cursor.
I updated to 1.5 thinking it will fix it but no. I do not know if it's an issue with OpenRvS or Supply Drop.
REQUIRED HOTFIX TO RESTORE SERVER LIST. SEPTEMBER 2023.
