The Protectors of Etheria is a stand-alone mod of the game Warlords Battlecry 3 (i.e. it can be run without having the original game installed - 100% free full game). In 0.9, many, MANY new powerups / researches have been added to each race. As such, we've increased the number of production windows from 9 to 12. And to avoid extending the height of the production dialogue to include the help box, we've decided to remove that altogether and have the help be a popup box that appears when you hover over each window. This popup box can also contain as much text as those seen from hero items (I'm sure you've all seen those items with a screen size worth or lore appended to it XD) so we can elaborate more on powerup descriptions this version.
