Just download this file and install it the same way as Gregory1001's enhanced campaign ai mod! The new version features better AI for all 3 UEF bases, and Gari rebuilds her defeated bases. Unfortunately she often puts herself at risk attempting to do so, but until I can find a way to make her stay in her main base it'll have to do.
