Don't take this the wrong way but it feels a little stiff since the legs don't bend at all, if you were to add more bones to it I think it would be more fluid. But maybe it doesn't need it if the animations are like played once every time you move one grid tile.
Hi Kyou =) thanks for the hint, but the description to the side already mentioned a fix, I could not do it before because it was too late in the night. I could had waited to do the complete work, but I like to show the work progression.
