Transported to the greatest arena in Ancient Rome, Colosseum challenges you to fight your way to freedom on the gladiatorial stage. A visceral escape into the fascinating world of the Caesars, Colosseum is also an "educational shooter" allowing you to gain a little more insight on Roman history circa 107 AD. Click and learn about your enemies, their weapons, their origins...and then slaughter them like pigs.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
***************************

1) Unzip Colosseum_1.0.zip

2) Copy the entire FOLDER "Colosseum_v1_0" into your "gamedata" directory
(example: C:\Program Files\Lucas Arts\Star Wars JK II Jedi Outcast\GameData)

3) IMPORTANT: Your directory structure should now look like this:
C:\Program Files\Lucas Arts\Star Wars JK II Jedi Outcast\GameData\Colosseum_v1_0
("Colosseum_v1_0" being the folder containing the PK3, autoexec and gamestart files)

3) Launch "Star Wars Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast" (Single Player)

4) Click on "Setup" --> Mods"

5) Select Colosseum_v1_0 and click "load mod"

6) The "Colosseum" main menu will appear. Click "New" to begin

Blood Mod - The majority of the blood and gore modifications were taken from the excellent Ultimate Blood Mod by StrWrsXprt and Desann.

Several sword sound effects taken from the excellent swords sounds mod by Sephiroth__VII (with sounds provided by Age120)

Several sound effects taken from Microsoft sound library

Other sound effects modified from misc files found on the Web and taken from other game asset libraries and movies such as Gladiator and The Scorpion King.

Music - Music taken from several sources including the original motion picture soundtracks for Ronin and Gladiator.

Voice Acting - Athena voiced by Maria Bairaktari

** Miscellaneous **
The custom character models used bits and pieces (hands, legs) from models by Raven included in Jedi Outcast installation.

The crowd texture was created in Poser with props and clothing provided by Poser World.

The current skybox used in the level was found on the web and I cannot track down where I originally found it. Please email me if you are the creator.

Several skin textures were made partially using renders from default Poser models.
