In 1986, the world's worst nuclear disaster occurred at the Chernobyl power station. Soviet authorities established a 30km 'Exclusion Zone' around this nuclear wasteland, but in 2006 a second explosion rocked the stricken reactor, obliterating all living things and causing the Zone's boundaries to ripple outwards. From this epicenter came waves of mutated creatures, deadly radiation, and a strange, anomalous energy. The Zone was cordoned off by the military, who would shoot on sight anyone foolish enough to brave the horrors within.
Better combat,you shoot enemies and they react to the bullets instead of eating 20 rounds of 5.45 to the chest and shaking it off.The weapon progression is still the same,vanilla but the bullets are far better.All unique weapons have increased durability of nearly 500k bullets before breaking completely.The game is slightly harder now but fair,since headshot from 5.56 or 5.45 are very lethal no matter the armor.
is armor useless now?
No,it is still efective.In vanilla you may experienced shooting the soldiers under the bridge with makarov pb.And even that you are close to them and the bullet is on the right trajectory,it passes like ghost trough enemies.That is because of config that makes bullets past 10 meters inefective.I increased it to 290 meters.Haven't change damage at all just made bullets actually hit and not become nerf darts past 10 meters.Made recoil for 5.56 and 5.45 weapons way lighter because they are intermediate rifle rounds not .308 rifle rounds.Made the unique weapons nearly indestructible.Didn't fiddle with the armor stats in config files.

Could be,because owr weapons are vanilla just better textures and animations.I suggest install owr first,backup and replace the files with the owr own weapons folder.Or even better mod the ammo folder,the main gamechanger in my mod is a line called hit_probability_max_dist,you will find this in the weapons folder>ammo folder.It is set to = 10; (empty space), change it to = 250 or 300.And the unique weapons folder shouldn clash with any owr file.The ammo file is my main concern.

Just updated the mod.Never played zrp but unless there are new weapons it should work.Make a backup just in case.

Yes you can but check the user itx file gamedata change the rule to true if it is false so it can accept the mod that is in said "gamedata".
