"Swamps" from modmaker Andrey Nepryakhin were chosen as the main location. Along with the announcement, the developer of the modification published a video demonstrating the 10 starting minutes of the game. It fits the display of locations, quests and cut scenes, as well as branded screensavers from the developer.

Most of the modifications made by Russian-speaking developers do not have English localization. But as I see, there are people on moddb who are engaged in translating Russian modifications into English. Therefore, I hope that after the release of the project, someone will make an English localization.
