Call of Pripyat takes you once again into the vicinity of the Chernobyl nuclear reactor that exploded in 1986. This so-called "Zone" is a highly contaminated area cordoned off by the military and now is combed through by the so-called stalkers, modern fortune hunters, in search of unique artifacts. In the role of Agent Alexander Degtyarev, who is dressed up as stalker, you have to investigate the mysterious disappearance of five military helicopters and thereby stand one’s ground against the various stalker groups.
Zoom proportions adjusted for 105° / 97.5° / 90° / 82.5° / 75° basic field of view.
What does the thing do:
This tweak is meant to adjust the proportions of ironsights in 'Call of Pripyat' version "1.6.02" to work accordingly with enhanced default FOV, such as one can have using the Console Controlled FOV mod.
The original basic FOV value in the game is considered to be that of "67.5". According to this FOV, zoom values natively were introduced. However, changing casually the default FOV does not alter zoom strength. This tweak is meant to fit in the original proportions between the default FOV and the zoom FOV.
Speaking of original game setup, my approximating conclusion is that nominal proportion between zoom FOV and default FOV equals 80% for the non-scoped guns and it equals either 30% or 50% for the guns scoped on average. Greatest diversity in values is observed among the specialist marksman guns with optics built-in.
Compatibility and installation:
The fix comes in two versions: vanilla and 'OGR'. The vanilla version is meant understandably for vanilla gear setup. The 'OGR' version is meant to work with the Original Guns Reanimated mod (2016-03-05).
For the 'OGR' variant, to apply - first install the 'OGR' mod, then override with this fix. Notice: if you are going to play with a custom FOV of choice other than "75" or want to use the above mentioned 'Console Controlled FOV' mod then do not install the "bin" folder content from the 'OGR' mod.
How does the thing do what it does:
Here is an example of a simple calculation that I used to determine what values do I need to take for adjusted zoom strength if my basic FOV of choice is 90 degrees: (original zoom FOV of "50") / (original default FOV of "67.5") * (new default FOV of "90") = (adjusted zoom FOV of "66.67").
Change is applied to all further downlisted files in the range of "scope_zoom_factor" parameter. Furthermore, a custom tweak is applied:
* bonus means final multiplier of "0.95" and penalty means final multiplier of "1.05".
Details of all changes on the example of a "90" tweak:

Hi, does this work with FOV_switch and arsenal overhaul ?
Hello, dunno about 'FOV_switch' but if it changes the field of view and in order to install you have to replace the "xrGame.dll" file, then it should. Any gun mod is incompatible I believe, but you can make it compatible, only question is whether this does make sense for the particular mod? The other thing is, it is a lot of manual labor so to say, tweaking those files.
