Yea most likely. It has the shape of a fighter. I don't why though, but those give the feeling like they are made out of living tissues.
according to www.sinsofasolarempire.com forum, topic new rebellion concept art released this will be the vasari titan. i don't why but it makes me sad that it looks this way. altho its vasari so i don't paly them anyway
