The starting point for Pantomorphic's games, Run Classic is a simple game of the FPS Horror Survival genre. This game showcases what makes a game scary, even though it is very simplistic in design. Creepy ambiance simulates the feeling of an evil monster breathing down your neck. You think you here other things that aren't there. You hope it is all in your head, but a monster is now right behind you. It is time to start running. Do not get captured by this mysterious beast, or bad things will happen. To defeat the monster, find a gem hidden in the outskirts of the map. Do not underestimate it.

This game is terrible, very basic, and overall boring and not scary. Graphics look like MS Paint.

All in all, a harmless horror chase game with good use of sound and atmosphere. Its simple and yet effective, something I enjoy playing from time to time. Simply put, it is what it is.

Good Work.

I think the most concerning thing about this "game" is that the antagonist looks like it was drawn by a toddler in MSPaint. It's like several black circles, with white eyes. No shading or anything special to it. Just completely monochrome. How do/does the creator/creators of this game think that thing is anywhere near horror related? It's laughably bad. Clearly no effort was put forth into the design or drawing of this character.

Even if you don't have a good engine that has cool rendering effects, doesn't mean the sprites have to have 0 detail and be completely dull.

So obviously the graphics are just terrible, and certainly aren't redeemed by the awful gameplay either. The antagonist you are running from, simply follows the direct path to you. Sometimes it will teleport, but normally the teleporting is just a worthless move for it to make. I guess the whole point of it teleporting was so the thing could keep up and wouldn't get stuck behind a fence.

I really don't think the "game" can be lost if you just keep moving forward and don't hit a dead end on accident. That's why it's somewhat difficult to even label this as a game because it is far from being challenging.

I think the engine is good, the gameplay needs improvements, needs a story/quests,needs dialogues, needs level design, nice world design but you can do it better, with more levels, the AI is scarely accurate, the monster just doesn't want to give up and keeps following me,the graphics need improvements, very good for pixelated game, the game needs more sound, soundtracks, effects, more dangers, etc.
this is just my review of the game, not a critic.
KEEP ON DOING A GOOD JOB !
