Here is a screen shot of our new fire particle in game as well as an updated hud display.

Finally the hud have a good color !
The Hud is looking good but one thing, do those hollow squares have to be at almost every corner? Feels like a detail that shouldn't really be there.
No it doesn't necessarily have to be there. On the other hand it was rather simple looking without them (unless you like simple).
Your suggestion would be to nix the squares?
Sorry for the late response but yeah my suggestion would be to just tweak it a bit, but this is only my opinion, you shouldn't tweak it in case lots of people do like it.
No problem, I just wanted to get your opinion on it ;D
